Sarochinee = Sarojini (in Sanskrit) means Queen of Lotus.

I am a Luxury Home Specialist (LHC), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a Probate & Trust Specialist and a Resort & Second Property Specialist (RSPS). I actively serve home sellers and home buyers in Greater Sacramento area. What makes my job worthwhile is the satisfaction on my client's face when he/she has achieved a real estate milestone. I am proud and honored to have been a long-term strategic partner with my clients to assist them in their housing journey. 

I have experienced real estate industry firsthand from my multiple moves and relocations, purchases, sales and renting out homes for my family, including luxury real estate. I am also a Certified Home Stager and a Feng Shui expert, running my own business called Please Stage! (www.pleasestage.com).

Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, I hold an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University/Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Admin, and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level II, with over 15-year experience as a fund manager, an investment advisor, a stock broker, and a private banker for High Net-Worth clients. 

I am, therefore, analytical, strategic, intuitive, visionary, sophisticated, and market savvy. 

I enjoy travelling and appreciating the nature and the diversity of people of different cultures and languages, which have molded me into a person of various interests and passions. I took a break from my career and followed a meaningful calling and started my solo work in animal rescue and welfare, while pursuing a Certificate in Applied Animal Behavior Science from University of Washington at Seattle. If I am not serving my clients in real estate, I love kayaking with my dogs, boating, golfing, photography, gardening, learning about wines, and writing children's books about my cats.
